Phase 1
MVP: Validate the idea for a Shazam-inspired app built on Bubble using OpenAI to identify the verse, translation, and interpretation from a recorded audio of the Quran.
Project Duration
1 day
Challenge
Diego lived in Abu Dhabi for 4 years and would always hear the quran being recited from a mosque while walking through the city. As an avid user of Shazam, a startup acquired by Apple that allows anyone to record a snippit of a song and identify the artist and track, Diego was frustrated that he wasn't able to pull out his Shazam and identify the verse, chapter, and context of what he was hearing in Arabic.
Goal
Diego set out to complete the entire app in one day using bubble.io and openAI.
Result
Diego was able to complete the app in 5 hours with a decent improvised design and flawless functionality.
